TERMS

· Initial enquiry dates can be put down as a hold, which can be changed anytime up to 72hrs from booking.  

· Hold system is: 1st hold on dates for new reservations, 2nd & 3rd holds if there is already a 1st hold on that date.  Dates are considered only a hold until they are confirmed. If you are a 2nd or 3rd hold but would like to secure the booking, confirmation of date is required to take priority and lock in the booking. However, once a date is confirmed and other holds cancelled, 100% rate will be charged for that date if cancelled or changed at any time. A hold automatically becomes a booking at 72hrs from calltime.

· Cancellation or change of date within 72hrs of shoot time, 50% of total fee charged.

· Cancellation or change of date within 48hrs of shoot time, full 100% fee will be charged.

· Additional time (overtime) outside of pre agreed shoot time (arrival/calltime to wrap/drive away) charged at $200hr in 30min blocks.

· Parking costs will be added to invoice.

· Travel kms charged if location outside of Sydney metro (32km radius from Sydney GPO) at rate of $1 per km total.

· If location outside Sydney Metro, call/wrap time is ‘door-to-door’.

· All quoted prices are ex GST
